Inspiration – Autumn nostalgia style!

Is it just me?

With the flora beginning to take on yummy orange tones and fauna fluffing out for the approaching dip in temperatures I am the first to reach for the woolly hat, gloves, scarf and ear muffs. Autumn is my most favourite time of year, not just because my Birthday happens to be slap bang in the middle of this wonderful season, but because I have such fond memories of being wrapped up in thick woolly jumpers by parents eager for energetic children to use up their energy outside before the evenings fully draw in. Spending hours collecting crunchy orange leaves for bonfires then rolling back into the house as the sun set, completely exhausted to snuggle down in front of the fire with cold fingers wrapped around a toasty mug of hot chocolate. So to kick off this amber-hued season here’s a bit of Autumnal inspiration…

Ah, me and my big sis. Wait…is she feeding me leaves??
Mmmm I’m warming up just looking at this pic.
Just missing marshmallows!

That’s right, place the baby next to a lit bonfire and take pics of her eating sticks. Great parenting skills from Ma and Pa Bacon.
