Back in July we took a little family trip to the Emma Bridgewater factory in Stoke (which I wrote all about in this post). Ever since I have literally pegged it to the front door in excited anticipation every time a delivery driver has arrived only to see the package conspicuously lacking any tell tale Emma Bridgewater red. Pretty sure the delivery guys thought I was very happy to see them 😉
So last week after the Emma Bridgewater potters had caught up on their holiday backlog at the factory and they’d finally got around to my little lot (honestly I don’t know why they weren’t a top priority for them?!), the red package finally arrived and out popped these little beauties…
They came out just as I’d hoped if not better!
I’m thinking of going back and creating a whole hare+bunny+fox dinner set for Poppy (who am I kidding, she wouldn’t get a look in!).
If you’re looking for activities to do with the children in the last couple of weeks of summer holidays then I’d highly recommend heading the Emma Bridgewater and getting your creative on.
Have you been? I’d love to see your creations!
Such a cute idea, and great for the whole family!
It’s so nice to have a memento from such a fun day too 🙂 xx
Oh my goodness, those look so cute!! Did you handmade those? That is so cool! 😀
