Dress

Probably the hardest working dress in my wardrobe at the moment. Since buying it from La Redoute last month I’ve worn it to a Christening, Golden wedding celebration, wedding party, on a dinner date and out for lunch which goes a little way to demonstrate how versatile it is.

Made from cotton, with the slightest hint of elastane, it doesn’t have a lot of give at all and La Redoute haven’t been generous on the sizes, so if you a decent set of boobs then I’d recommend sizing up.

It does however have pockets!! Woohoo! Plus the neck strap is adjustable by way of buttons on each end of the strap.

I’ve also found this super pretty and very similar tie strap dress from & Other Stories but just can’t justify buying both when they’re so similar. Damn you guilt!!! Damn you to hell!!!!

They also have this beaut of a cross front dress in a cream and pink. Similar neck line to the La Redoute dress but not quite so fitted up top so might be better for bigger boobs.

Shoes

I’ve styled it with these Boden heels that I mentioned in this previous post. They’re no longer for sale but I’ve found these similar heels from Boden in the clearance sale! I also styled it with these go-with-everything Boden sandals for a more relaxed feel. Geez, this post isn’t even sponsored by Boden! I should have shares in them!!!

Accessories

Earring – Those super-versatile and classic Auree purchases have worked a charm with this dress too.

Watch – My go to colours are gold and cream so this Olivia Burton watch has rarely left my wrist since it was given to me for my birthday by Oliver nearly two years ago, TWO YEARS AGO!!! Where has that time gone?! Pun only slightly intended 😉 This one is the same style but slightly different strap colour.
